### Ingredients:

- **8 lamb loin chops** (lombo)

- **4 cloves garlic** (minced)

- **2 tablespoons fresh rosemary** (chopped)

- **2 tablespoons fresh thyme** (chopped)

- **1 teaspoon ground black pepper**

- **1 teaspoon salt**

- **1/4 cup olive oil**

- **Juice of 1 lemon**

- **Optional:** Red pepper flakes for a bit of heat


### Instructions:


1. **Prepare the Marinade:**

   - In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.

   - Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix well to combine.


2. **Marinate the Lamb Chops:**

   - Place the lamb chops in a large dish or a resealable plastic bag.

   - Pour the marinade over the lamb chops, ensuring each chop is well coated.

   - Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
