How make Chicken cutlet
Chicken cutlets are a simple and delicious dish:

### Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 large eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

- 1/4 cup milk (optional)

- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil or butter for frying

- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

### Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Chicken:**

   - Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound the chicken to about 1/4-inch thickness.

   - Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

2. **Set Up the Breading Station:**

   - Place the flour in a shallow dish.

   - In another shallow dish, beat the eggs and add a splash of milk if desired.

   - In a third dish, combine the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese if using.

3. **Bread the Chicken:**

   - Dredge each chicken piece in the flour, shaking off any excess.

   - Dip the floured chicken into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.

   - Press the chicken into the breadcrumbs, making sure it's well covered on both sides.

4. **Cook the Chicken:**

   - Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

   - Once the oil is hot, add the breaded chicken cutlets. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

   - Remove the chicken cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

5. **Serve:**

   - Serve the chicken cutlets hot with lemon wedges on the side. They pair well with a salad, vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
